The Jefferson County Food Policy Council is a diverse stakeholder collaborative located in Jefferson County, Colorado. We are a fiscally-sponsored project of the Trailhead Institute.
We work to build community power to influence policy change in the food system.
Our 95+ committed partner organizations and 65+ individual residents include residents, activists, farmers, food businesses, nonprofit organizations, local governments, and policymakers.
